Terms and Conditions for VerifiedSeal Notary LLC dba VerifiedSeal Immigration

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Services
VerifiedSeal Notary LLC, doing business as VerifiedSeal Immigration (referred to as “the Company”), provides non-legal immigration support, coaching, and document preparation services. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or representation. All services are based on publicly available information and guidance provided by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
2. Disclaimer
• The Company, its employees, and affiliates are not attorneys or accredited representatives authorized by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
• The Company does not provide legal advice, interpret immigration laws, or represent clients in legal proceedings or before USCIS.
• All information provided during consultations or document preparation is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for legal advice.
• Clients are encouraged to seek advice from a licensed attorney or accredited representative for legal issues or questions regarding their immigration case.
3. Client Responsibilities
• Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documentation provided to the Company.
• The Company will not be held liable for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring all forms and documentation are submitted to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.
4. Fees and Payments
• All service fees are due at the time of booking or prior to service delivery.
• Refunds are only offered within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, all fees are non-refundable.
• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment will not receive refunds, please contact us if you will miss your appointment. We will make every attempt to remind you prior to your scheduled appointment.
5. No Refund Policy
• Once a consultation or service is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• By booking a consultation or service, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
• The Company is not responsible for any delays, denials, or outcomes related to a client’s immigration case.
• The Company cannot guarantee the approval of any application or petition submitted to USCIS or other immigration authorities.
• VerifiedSeal Notary LLC dba VerifiedSeal Immigration will not be held liable for any errors or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client or by government agencies.
7. Confidentiality
• The Company respects client confidentiality and will not share personal or case information with third parties, except as required by law or authorized by the client.
8. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VerifiedSeal Notary LLC dba VerifiedSeal Immigration, its employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
• Errors or omissions in information provided by the client.
• The client’s actions, omissions, or misrepresentations during the immigration process.
9. Acknowledgment
By booking services with VerifiedSeal Notary LLC, doing business as VerifiedSeal Immigration, you confirm that you:
• Have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
• Acknowledge that the Company is not a law firm, its employees are not attorneys, and no legal advice will be provided.
• Understand that all services provided are for informational purposes only.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.
11. Privacy Statement
• VerifiedSeal Notary LLC dba VerifiedSeal Immigration values client privacy.
• Personal data will only be used to provide services and communicate directly with the client.
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
